College Yoga Day AT UCLA
College Yoga Day at UCLA is a FREE festival for all UCLA students, faculty members, and staff. But, you must REGISTER FOR THE EVENT, whether you pre-register here or register on the day of the event. It's all part of UCLA's Less Stress Week on campus and on Wednesday 1/22 you're invited to come celebrate with us all day at The John Wooden Center to make new Yoga friends and reacquaint with old ones. Whether you're curious about Yoga and mindfulness and it's your first time, or whether you're a savvy veteran, we've got you covered!
Sessions on the schedule at College Yoga Day at UCLA begin at 9:30 AM and will be going on till about 6:00 PM. They will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we advise you to plan out a day that makes you happy while remaining flexible and flowing in the moment. For those not into formal Yoga and meditation sessions, we’ll be having a lunchtime speakers' panel on Reclaiming Wellness and a live feel-good music performance beginning at 6 PM.
