College Yoga Day At USC
College Yoga Day at USC is a FREE event for all USC Trojan students, faculty members, staff, alumni, and friends & family members. But, you must REGISTER FOR THE EVENT, whether you pre-register here or register on the day of the event. There’s also no USC football game on Saturday 10/26, so you're free to come celebrate with us all day on campus and make new Yoga friends and reacquaint with old ones. Whether you're curious about Yoga and mindfulness and it's your first time, or whether you're a savvy veteran, we've got you covered Trojans!
Sessions on the schedule at College Yoga Day at USC begin at 9 AM and will be going on till about 5:30 PM. They will be on a first-come, first-serve basis, so we advise you to plan out a day that makes you happy while remaining flexible and flowing in the moment. For those not into formal Yoga and meditation sessions, we’ll be having a 12 PM Yoga-themed scavenger hunt (with team prizes!), an our Acro Yoga play area, a speakers' panel on Reclaiming Wellness from a diverse array of perspectives, and a Kids Zone with morning sessions and activities for the little yogins.
Starting at 6:00 PM at night, we’ll have live music featuring a hip hop show with Srikala, Anna Diorio, and Zaire Black, a reggae show with Nathan Harrington and his band, and DJ Rhiannon Roze spinning a high-vibed, electric music dance set to get the post-Yoga party going.
